Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO)

The P.T.O. is a partnership between the school’s parents and its teachers/staff. It is an organization run primarily through the work of a group of volunteers. Brief descriptions of the various committees that P.T.O. is involved in at the school are in the handbook. You may join any of these committees by contacting the chairperson or one of the P.T.O. Officers.

We have many fun activities planned this year to be enjoyed by the entire family and community. To help make each event successful, we encourage all parents to attend regular P.T.O. meetings and volunteer to serve on a committee. Please consider how you can give of your time and talent to help our children at an event, or more importantly, in the classroom. There are many volunteer opportunities available and we will do our best to make you aware of them.

Annual Family Contribution: Donate $25 to the Horace Mann Elementary School PTO

PTO meetings will be held monthly at 7:00pm in the All Purpose Room; all are welcome and encouraged to attend. Check the Calendar for meeting dates.
